Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley


Instructions

  • Flatten the chicken breasts to an even thickness.
  • Whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, zest, garlic, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
  • Place the chicken in a baking dish and coat with the lemon mixture.
  • Bake at 400 F for about 25 minutes until cooked through and lightly golden.
